Always tasty

Always order a full-day menu, crêpe with applesauce and I'm always shocked how little applesauce is in there. Ordered again today, this time cinnamon and sugar arrived. Mistakes can happen but as often as the crêpe is dry it just upsets me. !!

Constantly long waiting times 6:40 p.m. ordered and 8:40 p.m. still nothing arrived and calls are not responded to and that's just an example! Never again

Well actually positive feedback from friends, today I tried Columbus Croque for the first time. Pre-ordered online and delivery set for 12:00 noon. It was 1.5 hours and the opening time was one hour before delivery. Unfortunately the food didn't arrive until 12:30. (1 star deduction) We ordered three different dishes: The croque was warm and hearty and the lunch menu was also reasonably priced. The gratin was nice and hot and tasty. The western burger was really completely cold and the cheese looked like it hadn't got warm. Really not good. (1 star deduction) I only order a second time if I have more than enough time, the delay was very annoying.

Was very tasty, but the delivery time was too fat at half an hour.

We placed an order at 7:40 p.m. and delivered at 9:20 p.m. There is one star less for the long wait. Unfortunately, the topping was missing on a croque, which we paid extra. Another star less. The third star goes for the unfriendly phone call.

Ordered today at 12:22 PM. It's October 31st, 2020 (Reformation Day) and that is a public holiday in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Opening times according to Columbus Croque's website and app: Mon - Thu: 11:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. Fri: 11:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Sa: 4:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Sun / public holidays: 11:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. At 3:30 p.m. I received a call asking whether I was informed that it wasn't open until 4:00 p.m. Because: "Saturdays are only open from 16:00." What is the point of the addition "Holidays" anyway? Exactly, no. Unless Friday is a public holiday, it might end at 10:30 p.m.? Or do the opening times on Friday always count on Friday, regardless of whether it is a public holiday or not? I was also asked whether I would like to cancel my order now or whether I would still like to receive the goods. Then I asked how long I had to wait for it. The answer: "I have to deal with 3 more customers. I can't tell you that at all!" It's a shame, we won't be customers anymore.

You really have to deliver faster! But since I have nothing to complain about the food, you still get 5 stars.

I ordered pizza magarita the dough was not really ready and very dry and casserole only water in it I paid 35 € only got Mühl but very friendly and fast it was a strene only because you were very nice when ordering and was good fast ...

Was the last time with you! A coke was missing from the menu and there was no extra meat on the burger either! € 1.50 for free! Come up with something or you have a few customers less. The driver wanted to bring the missing cola straight away. That was hours ago now! UPDATE: 21:00 was the Coke and a small compensation.

Picked up by me after ordering. Made quickly, in good quality and friendly staff. Again and again !!!

After 2.5 hours the food finally came. One was only put off on the phone. Because of the driver canceled. Everything would be understandable, but wait 2.5 hours for food and then half of it is missing ... so since that wasn't the first time we had it ... it was your last order today! Actually, you wouldn't even have got a star from me!

mozarella instead of Gouda not at all satisfied and I hadn't got my money back for the disgusting pizza. Scahde. But now I never know again !! not recommendable.
